Navigating to and from DFW Airport
There are several ways to conveniently travel to and from DFW:
- Taxi: Locate taxis outside of each terminal. Look for signage on the upper levels of Terminals A, B, C and E, and the lower level of Terminal D. For rideshare services, follow passenger pickup signs outside each terminal.
- Train: DART rail service has frequent trains to and from Dallas. The DART rail station is located at Terminal A on the lower lever near entry A10.
- Bus: DART public buses will also take you to and from Downtown Dallas. For other locations, charter buses are available by request.
- Hotel shuttle: Check the information boards near baggage claim for a list of courtesy cars to nearby hotels.
- Car rental: The rental car center is near the south entrance and houses 12 rental companies.

- Short-term parking (2-hour maximum)

Time required to get through the DFW Airport
DFW offers multiple security checkpoints in each terminal for travelers’ convenience. However, many airport officials recommend that passengers arrive 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.

DFW terminal information
Five terminals operate within DFW: A, B, C, D and E. Skylink, a 24-hour light rail train, connects the five terminals at DFW inside security. It runs approximately every two minutes.
A free van shuttle is also available outside security; it runs roughly every 10 minutes. Terminals A and B are connected via walkway, as are Terminals C and D.

The Club DFW

- Location: Airside, on the mezzanine floor near gate 27. Passengers departing from other terminals can access the lounge using Skylink to avoid clearing security twice.

Plaza Premium Lounge
Visitors can head to Terminal E to relax in Plaza Premium Lounge’s very first airport lounge in the U.S. Details include:
