Time to read min

    Quick insights

    • Dallas Forth Worth International Airport (DFW) is home to two airport lounges in the Priority Pass network.
    • Some travel credit cards offer complimentary Priority Pass Select membership to cardmembers.
    • Other ways to access lounges in the Priority Pass network include purchasing a Priority Pass membership or purchasing one-time lounge passes (if available).

DFW is about halfway between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. Couple this prime location with the airport's massive size, and it's easy to see why DFW serves hundreds of worldwide destinations.

Options for Priority Pass at DFW

The Priority Pass network of lounges is strong at DFW. As of March 2025, there are two facilities that Priority Pass members can access during a wait at DFW.

    The Club DFW—Terminal D

Priority Pass members can access this DFW The Club location, which has a welcoming open floor plan. The lounge is filled with several food options, spacious seating, a full-service bar and quiet areas. You can also relax and unwind on the balcony.

    • Location: Airside, Mezzanine Floor near Gate 27
    • Amenities: Wi-Fi, refreshments, shower, TV, air conditioning, flight info, workstations and digital media

Tip: If you're not departing from Terminal D, you'll have to access the lounge using Skylink. Otherwise, you'll have to pass through security again.

    Plaza Premium Lounge—Terminal E

This lounge is located about a two-minute walk from the Skylink train that connects to Terminal A, B, C and D. The Plaza Premium Lounge has plenty of seating options and serves both local dishes and international dining options.

    • Location: Airside, near Gate 31
    • Amenities: Wi-Fi, refreshments, TV, air conditioning, flight info, lounge chairs and charging station

Tip: This airport lounge offers a range of locally crafted beers, cocktails, wine and liquors, which might make it a great option for those visiting Texas.

    How to access DFW locations

Here are several ways to get airport lounge access: by purchasing a Priority Pass membership, purchasing a one-time pass and receiving access via credit card benefit.

    Priority Pass Membership

When you sign up for a membership with Priority Pass, you can choose from three different annual plans. The different membership levels may suit different travel needs. For instance, if you want unlimited access to lounges, consider the Prestige membership plan. The Club airport lounges participate in the Priority Pass network, so you can access The Club lounges at DFW with a Priority Pass membership.

    One-time passes

Many airport lounges allow guests to purchase one-time passes either in advance or at the lounge. Note that the lounges may turn you away if they reach capacity, so it might be a good idea to purchase a pass in advance if you know you want to relax in a lounge before your flight takes off.

Refer to the official websites for The Club Airport Lounges and Plaza Premium Lounges for more information about how to purchase a pass.

Complimentary Priority Pass Select membership with Chase Sapphire Reserve

The Chase Sapphire Reserve® credit card has many benefits, from rewards to travel and purchase coverage. If you have this card, you can get a complimentary Priority Pass Select membership. That provides access to lounges in the Priority Pass network at DFW, and a maximum of 2 guests can accompany you. The Sapphire Reserve card does have an annual fee.

    Getting around DFW Airport

The best way to move around DFW might be the light rail train, Skylink. It connects the 5 terminals and runs every 2 minutes, all day long. Plus, if you haven't already passed security, you could use a van shuttle to move between terminals; a shuttle runs every 10 minutes. Walkways connect Terminals A and B as well as C and D.
