When cardmembers book a vacation home rental with their Sapphire Preferred credit card through Airbnb, they earn 3 points for every dollar spent. For example, if an Airbnb rental costs $2,000 for the duration of your stay, you’ll earn 6,000 reward points. This is higher than the standard 1x point earn rate.

Do all Airbnb vacation rental purchases earn 3x points?
