Does San Juan Airport have Priority Pass lounges?

Yes, SJU has two lounges in the Priority Pass network:

The Lounge San Juan at Terminal A

To access this location of The Lounge, turn left after security and walk through the duty-free shops. The lounge will be on the right-hand side.

    Complimentary lounge amenities may include:

    • Snacks
    • Refreshments
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Wi-Fi

Access to the Lounge San Juan at Terminal A is permitted 4 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure, and one child under 12 is admitted free per cardholder. Note that a dress code may be applicable (shirts and shoes required for entry).

The Lounge San Juan at Terminal C

The second location of The Lounge San Juan is at the entrance of Terminal C and offers additional food options. Pass through security check point B, turn left and walk until you see a sign that reads “The Lounge.” Take the elevator to the third floor for entry.

Note that this lounge may see an increase in guests at peak times, so access may be periodically restricted due to space constraints.

    Complimentary amenities may include:

    • Premium food options
    • Snacks and refreshments
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Wi-Fi
    • Children's area

Access is permitted four hours prior to departure; one child under 12 may receive free access. A dress code may also be applicable at this location.

How to access Priority Pass lounges at San Juan Airport

You may access either location of The Lounge by either buying a day pass or using a Priority Pass membership entitlement.

After signing up for a Priority Pass membership, you'll receive a membership card in the mail to access participating lounges in their network. Show the card along with your ID and boarding pass to enter a lounge.

You may also download the Priority Pass mobile app to access a digital version of your membership card.

Another way to access lounges is by having a travel credit card that offers complimentary Priority Pass Select membership, like the Chase Sapphire Reserve card. Keep in mind that most travel credit cards, like Chase Sapphire Reserve, have annual fees to offset benefits. However, you may find the card is worth the fees is you frequently use the related travel benefits.
