Auto Loan or Lease Payment Assistance:

- If you are experiencing a financial hardship due to COVID-19 and need to request payment assistance:

For Leases Nearing the End of their Term:
Contact us using the secure message center for the following:
- Extend the Lease: You may request to extend the term of your lease agreement for up to 6 months to allow extra time and flexibility. You can only request a lease end extension once during the life of your lease.
- Provide lease turn-in details: Once you have returned your vehicle, please notify us with the date returned, name and complete address of the dealership, and the ending mileage at turn in.
- If dealerships near you are closed due to COVID-19, call us at 1-800-242-7396 to discuss your options.
