Online Account Enrollment

You can sign up for online account access on chase.com or the Chase mobile app. To sign up:
 
  • You’ll need your auto account number at the top of your statement.
  • You’ll also need your Social Security or Tax ID number.

To sign in, go to online banking. If you’re not enrolled, choose “Enroll now.”

You can change your personal details (including your username and password, phone numbers, email addresses and more) by choosing “Profile & Settings” on chase.com.

  • If you're a loan customer, you can update your address by choosing “Profile & Settings” on chase.com
  • If you are a lease customer, call us at 1-800-227-5151 to update your address. We’ll let you know how the address change may impact your lease account.

When you get a new vehicle, you may have several online accounts each with a different username and password.

For example in addition to your financial services account (chase.com)  you may have an account through your manufacturer or dealer that gives you access to vehicle information, service appointment scheduling and other items related to your vehicle. 

 

Keep in mind: Double-check and make sure the credentials you are using are the ones for chase.com. if you're still having issues you can contact us at  1-877-242-7372.

On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot username/password?" Then enter your Social Security Number or Tax ID and your Chase Auto account number. Choose "Next" to see your User ID. If you need to create a new password, choose "Yes." Then choose "Next" and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can download the Chase Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or by texting “mobile” to 24273.

Keep in mind: The Chase Mobile® app is available for select mobile devices. You can enroll in Chase Online℠ to download the Chase Mobile® app. There's no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply.

We regularly add new functionality, so the best way to see the alerts your account is eligible for is to: 

  1. Sign in and choose "Profile & settings."
  2. From the drop-down menu, choose "Alerts" then "Choose alerts."
  3. From the account drop-down menu, choose your auto account. 
  4. Choose the types of alerts you want to know about.
  5. Choose the alerts and method of delivery you want. 
  6. Choose "Save changes" when finished.

Your statements are available on chase.com and can be seen as long as your auto account is active. To see them: sign in, choose your auto account, then “statements."

Once you’re enrolled, letters and notices produced electronically will be seen online. To see them: sign in, choose your auto account, then “statements.”

If you’re the primary account holder you can manage your paperless preferences by signing in to chase.com/paperless. You can then turn paperless statements and letters on or off.

You can send us a secure message by following these steps.

 

  1. Sign in to chase.com
  2. Go to the side menu and choose “Secure messages." 
  3. Choose  (+) "New Message". 
  4. Choose the appropriate option from the “what is this about” dropdown. 
  5. Choose your auto account and choose the topic related to your inquiry. 
  6. Choose “Send us a message” and type your message.
  7. Choose "Send Message".

 

To add an attachment to your message:

  1. After you've typed your message, choose (+) “Add attachment (10 MB or 20 files remaining).”
  2. Choose the file from your computer and choose “Open”
  3. Choose "Send Message"
