If you haven’t received your Welcome Letter and first statement yet, you can call us at 1-800-336-6675.
Enter your social security number when prompted, or press 0# three times to be transferred to a specialist
The specialist will need to verify that you are the account holder, so be prepared to provide them your full name, date of birth, and Year/Make/Model of the vehicle
Once this is complete, ask them to provide you your Auto account number, and ask any other questions you may have regarding your new auto account.
You can sign up for online account access on chase.com or the Chase Mobile® app. To sign up:
You’ll need your auto account number at the top of your statement.
You’ll also need your Social Security or Tax ID number.
To sign in, go to online banking. If you’re not enrolled, choose “Enroll now.”
Please contact us using the Secure Message Center or by calling us at 1-877-242-7372. Explain that you already have a Chase profile and can’t see your new Auto account online.
Set up your payments. We recommend setting up automatic monthly payments so you’re never late. Get started.
Set up receipt of paperless statements, which means we’ll send you a text or email each month that your statement is ready to view online. It’s safer for you and a convenient monthly reminder. Start now.
Set up alerts. We offer other convenient reminders that you can receive by text or email to keep your account up to date.
Sign in, select the profile icon, and choose "Profile & settings" from the dropdown menu.
On the Profile & settings page, choose "Alerts" then "Choose alerts."
From the account drop-down menu, choose your auto account.
Choose the alerts and delivery method(s) you want.
