How to get started

Sign in
Sign in to Chase Online℠ or the Chase Mobile® app.

Select your alerts
Select “Alerts” from the navigation menu and follow the instructions to choose your alerts and your delivery methods.
Common questions answered
You can receive alerts via email, text message and push notification when a payment is due, or when a payment has posted.
Security alerts occur instantly; however, alerts delivery may be subject to delays, including service outages and connection issues. Daily alerts are processed at the end of each business day (Monday through Friday) and are delivered to you the following day (Tuesday through Saturday).
