What to Expect at the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in Dallas Fort Worth: Texas Charm, Exclusive Whiskey and Award-Winning Pancakes

Chase Travel

Get ready to dine, rest and recharge at the new Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). With Texas-inspired decor, a dedicated Whiskey Lounge, facial treatment rooms, nap pods and local bites from Encina restaurant, eligible cardmembers can enjoy the best of the Lone Star State without having to leave the airport.
Inside the Lounge

Order a Honey Pecan Old Fashioned, or choose from a trio of local whiskeys in the Whiskey Lounge.
Every inch of the over 18,000-square-foot space feels warm and lived-in, thanks to postcards, Texas-themed coffee-table books and other homey touches. Among the lounge’s highlights is a dedicated Whiskey Lounge, and the entire space is adorned with paintings, drawings, photographs and embroidered artwork curated by the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection. The bathrooms are just as polished, and stocked with Apotheke products so you can freshen up before your flight.
Food and Drinks

You’ll enjoy Encina’s delicious blue corn butterscotch pancakes during breakfast service.
You’ll find an assortment of Texas-inspired dishes and drinks served all day in the lounge, including made-to-order items from Encina, a Texan institution dishing out comfort food made with farm-fresh ingredients.
Breakfast starts off strong with Encina’s award-winning blue corn butterscotch pancakes, which are served only during weekend brunch at the restaurant but can be ordered every day from the breakfast menu at the lounge. These perfectly made pancakes are topped with a salted butter and caramel drizzle, and are some of the best our friends at the InfatuationOpens overlay have ever had. Other breakfast standouts include the mango chamoy chia pudding and the chorizo sweet potato hash.
At 11 a.m., the lounge shifts to an all-day menu with locally inspired dishes like Southern pulled chicken with apple and celery slaw, chicken gumbo rojo and an exclusive DFW Sapphire burger and fries, topped with smoked Gouda, pickled jalapeño and onion jam. You’ll also have your pick of curated dishes from Encina, including the Mexican shrimp cocktail, slab bacon with cheddar grits, and the roasted beet and citrus salad. Make sure to save room for dessert, with a key lime pie parfait, walnut and Aleppo-pepper brownies, and chocolate sea salt cookie on the menu.
The drink options are just as plentiful, with a collection of Texan-made root beer, grape soda, ranch water and beers available in the lounge’s self-serve fridges. As for cocktails, order a locally inspired Downtown and Tonic (a gin-and-cucumber twist on the classic) or the refreshing lavender-tinged Blueberry Fields from the bar, or right to your table using a QR code.
If whiskey’s what you’re after, head to the cozy velvet-lined Whiskey Lounge for local tastings and an exclusive Honey Pecan Old Fashioned served only in the space. The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club also partnered with Milam & Greene, a Texas distillery, to develop a custom whiskey available only at the Dallas Fort Worth lounge.
For a pick-me-up, enjoy hot or cold coffee from Cherry Coffee, a local business in Fort Worth’s historic Near Southside neighborhood. Wines are curated by ParcelleOpens overlay, the New York City-based wine bar and shop, and you’ll also find local craft beers and spirits at the bar.
