    CLEAR Plus

    CLEAR is a private security company that offers a membership called CLEAR Plus. CLEAR Plus uses biometric data to help expedite the identity verification part of the security screening process. Once verified, travelers can proceed to luggage screening lanes.

    CLEAR Plus can be used in conjunction with TSA PreCheck, but they are separate programs.

    SEA Spot Saver

    SEA Spot Saver is a free program where general screening passengers can sign up in advance for an airport screening appointment. This program is available from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. for passengers on departing domestic flights.

    Reservations and same day appointments are available daily, but there are a limited number of spots. The airport generally recommends making a reservation five days in advance, especially if traveling between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m., when spots tend to fill up quickly.
