How to set market alerts and stay informed

You can set up market alerts to stay informed about stocks and ETFs using the Chase Mobile® app. This video shows you how to set up an alert for a price change, day change, volume or 52-week high or low.

  1. Step oneSign in to the Chase Mobile® app and choose an investment account
  2. Step twoTap the bell icon in the upper right corner
  3. Step threeTap “Add alert”
  4. Step fourSearch for a stock or ETF you’re interested in
  5. Step fiveChoose the type of alert you want: Price, Day change, Volume, or 52-week
  6. Step sixTap “Add alert”
  7. Step sevenReview or update your alerts using the “Manage” tab
  8. Step eightChoose “Edit” to review the history of or delete an alert
  9. Step nineTap the “Settings” wheel to change how alerts are received
