Southall Farm & Inn
Franklin, Tennessee
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
This working Tennessee farm sprawls across 425 acres of rolling hills, orchards, gardens and greenhouses, all practically in Nashville’s backyard. Guests can choose between the cozy but modern inn or 16 cottages, and days are spent meditating with the resident honeybees, tackling the ropes course, fly-fishing or trying your (gloved) hand at falconry—and, of course, there’s plenty of live music. This is Tennessee, after all.

1 Hotel South Beach
Miami Beach, Florida
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Sustainability is the guiding principle at this LEED Silver certified beachfront property, where eco-friendly initiatives include salvaged wood decor, electric house vehicles and a living wall with nearly 12,000 plants. But the hotel’s do-gooder spirit doesn’t mean you won’t have plenty of South Beach–style fun: There are still four pools, beachfront access, a Japanese-influenced rooftop restaurant and the first Bamford Wellness Spa in the U.S.

Palm House
Palm Beach, Florida
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
This Palm Beach icon reopened in 2024 after sitting vacant for almost two decades, and its newest incarnation features plenty of soft pastels and seaside whimsy: striped pink cabanas out by the pool, a pink marble bar, coral-hued Murano chandeliers and even a lobby art installation made of thousands of seashells. Lounge by the Mediterranean-tinged pool, or have the hotel set you up on the nearby beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels. Come dinnertime, head to The Dining Room for Peruvian-Japanese cuisine.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Las Vegas
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Undoubtedly the splashiest Vegas opening in years, this multibillion-dollar project is all about attention-grabbing grandeur: six themed pools (old Hollywood, French Riviera), splashy residencies, a centerpiece bar under a chandelier made up of thousands of crystal bowties. It’s also one of the top food destinations on the Strip, with restaurants from the likes of L.A. pasta king Evan Funke and Mexico City legend Gabriela Cámara.

The St. Regis Aruba Resort
Noord, Aruba
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
At this Palm Beach hotel, St. Regis brings its trademark brand of luxury to Aruba in the form of nightly champagne sabrage, access to butler service and a children’s club that offers activities like pirate treasure hunts and sandcastle contests. The Bloody Mary was perfected at The St. Regis New York in 1934, and now there’s a locally inspired version at every outpost: In Aruba, that means local papaya, fresh lime and habanero chili.

Wymara Resort + Villas
Providenciales, Turks and Caicos
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
This chic property may be on Grace Bay, the center of tourism in Turks and Caicos, but it feels far from the scrum. It sits on a strip of some of the whitest, powderiest sand you’ve ever seen, leading into waters where you can kayak, paddleboard or snorkel over coral reefs. Villas range from one to six bedrooms, with their own unique amenities, which might include infinity pools, overwater sun decks or even a slide that leads directly from the residence down to the sea.

Nekajui Peninsula Papagayo, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Hidden away in a 1,400-acre nature reserve on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast, this eco-resort blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors—you can even book a treetop glamping tent. When guests aren’t out whale-watching, learning how to surf or cutting through the forest on a guided wildlife hike, they can book a farm-to-cup tasting of Costa Rican–grown coffees at Café Rincón or a spa treatment that incorporates local clay and pottery.

Six Senses London
London
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Within walking distance of Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens in a former Art Deco department store, London’s newest wellness retreat is filled with spaces designed to make you forget you’re in the middle of a bustling capital. There’s a magnesium pool, a Turkish hammam, cryotherapy chambers and even a lobby with more than 1,000 live plants. To truly unwind, visit the Alchemy Bar, where you can learn how to concoct your own tinctures, perfumes, body scrubs and teas.

La Fantaisie
Paris
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
You don’t have to speak French to understand what this Parisian hotel’s name means. You’ll find whimsical elements everywhere you look in the 9th arrondissement property—from the rooftop garden bar, filled with flowers and potted lemon trees, to the joyful guest rooms and suites, which mix inviting pastels, bold patterns, handmade mosaics and artworks that will inevitably make you smile.

Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel
Lyon, France
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Travelers hoping to branch out from Paris should take the train two hours southeast to Lyon, where this impressive hotel sits within the pedestrian-only old town in a building that has roots in the 14th century. The 61 rooms and suites nod to that rich history with timbered ceilings, period fireplaces and furnishings that blend Renaissance and contemporary silhouettes, while a striking glass roof now tops the central atrium. Lyon is considered France’s gastronomic capital, so it’s unsurprising that there’s a killer on-site restaurant serving seasonal Lyonnais specialties.

Hôtel Martinez
Cannes, France
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Now a member of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, this Art Deco gem first opened its doors on the Croisette in Cannes back in 1929, and it’s exuded a breezy Riviera cool ever since. La Palme d’Or is the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, while Martinez Bar is the place to listen to rare vinyls over signature cocktails—but the best seat in the house just might be your balcony, where you can drink champagne in your bathrobe as you watch the calmly lapping waters of the Mediterranean below.

The Carlton
Milan
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
In Milan’s luxury fashion district, the Quadrilatero della Moda, this Italian grande dame reopened in November 2025 after a five-year, $68 million refresh—and it’s just as stylish as you’d expect. The room count was reduced to 71, allowing for more space in each, and now they’re decked out with leather headboards, Carrara marble and Italian linens. Immerse yourself in the city’s history at the hotel bar, where cocktails on the “Decades” menu are inspired by the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s.

Casa Monti
Rome
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
With just 26 rooms and 10 suites, Casa Monti offers an intimate stay within strolling distance of the Colosseum. The decor is inspired by the Italian concept of sprezzatura—effortless, nonchalant elegance—and both public and private spaces showcase graphic patterns on everything from curtains and chairs to headboards. The Art Suite even includes works by the hotel’s artist in residence, who reimagines ancient and mythological motifs (Romulus and Remus, laurel wreaths, Bacchus) in a playful illustrative style.

Andronis Minois
Paros, Greece
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Steps from the Aegean Sea on the Greek island of Paros, this laid-back boutique hotel pairs a minimalist aesthetic with Cycladic influences, and many of its 44 rooms and suites include plunge pools and terraces. If you’re inspired by the soulful seasonal menu at on-site Olvo Restaurant, you can book a cooking class with the chef to learn how to make dishes like Greek salad, tzatziki and grilled fish.

Cape Grace, a Fairmont Managed Hotel
Cape Town, South Africa
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Table Mountain stands watch over this stately Cape Town property in the city’s buzzing V&A Waterfront, and many of the guest rooms and suites look out over the marina or harbor. The centerpiece Heirloom Restaurant hosts local winemaker dinners and afternoon tea, but its regular menu is also a worthy introduction to African flavors, including springbok, Mozambican lobster and Cape Malay chicken curry.

Shinta Mani Angkor
Siem Reap, Cambodia
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Surrounded by tropical foliage in Siem Reap’s Royal District, not far from the romantic ruins of Angkor Wat, this 105-room getaway highlights classic Khmer architectural silhouettes and artworks that have been given a cleverly modern remix. Don’t miss the on-site restaurant Kroya, where the chef reinterprets the flavors of his youth in dishes like krek soup with duck breast and foraged red tree ants.

Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok
Bangkok
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Sleekly modern but firmly rooted in Thai culture, this Bangkok outpost of the American-born design hotel brand feels like a quiet oasis, thanks to its proximity to lush Lumpini Park. The renowned on-site restaurant Avant pairs French techniques with Asian ingredients, and the Amaranth Spa includes such treatments as traditional Thai massage, which is central to the local cultural heritage.

The Peninsula Hong Kong
Kowloon, Hong Kong
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
The imposing “Grande Dame of the Far East” is just two years shy of its centennial, but has always been known for its no-expenses-spared approach to luxury: There’s a helipad for VIPs, a fleet of Rolls-Royces and Bentleys, a pair of award-winning restaurants (one Cantonese, one French) and even a Swiss alpine chalet–inspired spot that has improbably been serving fondue and raclette since 1965. Suites are especially elegant, with burled wood, lacquer and Chinese silk accents.

Ace Hotel Kyoto
Kyoto, Japan
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Despite Kyoto’s rich imperial history, this energy-filled design hotel isn’t stuck in the past. Here, a 1920s telephone company building has been transformed into something totally new, and rooms feature colorful artworks, turntables, custom blankets and, in some, Gibson guitars. Digital nomads and creatives post up with espressos from Japan’s first Stumptown Coffee Roasters and then hopscotch between the three on-site restaurants: a Japanese steakhouse, a California-inspired taco joint and a rooftop Italian-American spot.

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney
Sydney
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Incredible views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge are just the beginning at this 34-story luxury hotel, which is also home to a spa, a cocktail bar, a modern Australian restaurant and one of the city’s largest heated outdoor pools. Four Seasons is particularly perfect for families, with amenities that include in-room tent setups and a plush koala as a welcome gift.
