In this case, the best course of action may be to contact Priority Pass customer service directly. Below, you'll find more information about Priority Pass, frequently asked questions and how to reach out for assistance.

    Priority Pass basics

Priority Pass is an independent network of participating airport lounges. There are over 1,300 Priority Pass locations in more than 600 cities worldwide. The facilities differ from place to place, as some are independent facilities and others are affiliated with airlines.

There are a couple ways to sign up for a Priority Pass membership.

    • Purchase membership: Priority Pass does offer three annual membership tiers that anyone can purchase. They are standard, standard plus and prestige. Benefits differ based on specific tiers:
      • Standard: Has an annual fee and members pay a fee per member and guest visit
      • Standard plus: Has an annual fee that includes 10 complimentary member visits. Additional member and guest visits are subject to a fee
      • Prestige: has an annual fee and includes unlimited complimentary member visits with guest visits for a fee
    • Credit card: Many popular travel credit cards offer Priority Pass membership as a card benefit—the Chase Sapphire Reserve® card is one. Of note, these cards typically have an annual fee. Different cards may provide access to different benefits.

One of the main attractions of Priority Pass membership benefits may be lounge access. Lounges are often quieter and more comfortable than other parts of an airport. They also often include complimentary food and drinks.
