- Choosing “Financing offers available” during checkout

How payments work for Pay Over Time on Amazon
Once a Pay Over Time plan is confirmed, your payment toward it will be added to the minimum amount due on your credit card each month. If you pay at least your minimum payment when it’s due, you’ll typically pay off your plan balance on time. Or, you might choose to pay off the plan by paying your interest saving balance each month and avoid interest on new credit card purchases.
When paying your credit card bill, here’s how each option affects your Pay Over Time plan:
- Interest saving balance: If you normally pay your credit card balance in full to avoid interest, you may choose to pay the interest saving balance payment option. It will tell you exactly what to pay to avoid interest on new purchases and avoid paying off your Pay Over Time plan earlier than intended.
- Minimum payment: If you pay at least your minimum amount due, you’ll typically pay off your Chase Pay Over Time® plan on time. This is because the minimum amount due on your credit card bill each month will be updated to include each installment of a Pay Over Time plan.
- Current statement balance: When you pay this, you will pay off the Pay Over Time plan (and your credit card balance) at that time, which may be earlier than you intended when you set up the plan.
