Lost or misplaced your debit card? It’s easy to instantly stop purchases temporarily. Here's how:
 

  1. Step oneAfter signing in, choose the account you want to lock or unlock
  2. Step twoChoose the more options ellipsis icon menu
  3. Step threeUnder "Account services," choose "Lock and unlock your card"
  4. Step fourMove the toggle switch to change the status of your card
