Dispute a transaction

Charge errors happen and you can dispute them online. Here's how:
 

  1. Step oneAfter signing in, find and select the transaction you are concerned about
  2. Step twoReview the transaction details and click Dispute Transaction to start the process
  3. Step threeAnswer a few questions, review your responses and click Submit dispute
  4. Step fourTrack your dispute in the Account Menu under Account Services
  5. Step fiveThe Dispute Tracker will show you Open and Closed disputes as well as the status
