The membership is complimentary for cardmembers (note that the card does have an annual fee).

    If you don’t have a Sapphire Reserve card but have a Priority Pass membership, you receive one complimentary visit to a Sapphire Lounge by The Club per calendar year. To enter a Sapphire Lounge by The Club, show your Priority Pass membership card and valid boarding pass within three hours or your departing flight.
