What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

If you think someone used your card without your permission, please call us right away at 1-800-955-9060 for help. We accept operator relay calls. If you’re deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, call 711 for assistance. To request a replacement card, select Replace card and follow the instructions.


We’ll send you a replacement card that will arrive within 3-5 days. If you ordered your card more than 5 days ago, select Replace card and follow the instructions or call us at the number on the back of your card.

How do I request a replacement credit card if my card is damaged or no longer works?

What do I do if my credit card has or is due to expire?

If your credit card is about to expire, we’ll automatically send you a new card during the month your current card will expire. If you haven’t received a new one, please call us using the number on the back of your card.
