We’ll show you how to add account alerts, replace or lock/unlock a debit card, and reset a PIN

  1. Step oneAfter signing into your Chase Mobile® app, tap the Chase First Banking account
  2. Step twoTap the “Profile icon” (top right) and select Manage alerts
  3. Step threeTap “Chase First Banking” and choose an alert from the 3 categories of alerts for your account
  4. Step fourThen choose how you would like to receive them: email, push notification or text message
  5. Step fiveTap “Save changes”
  6. Step sixNext, tap on “Account services” where you can: replace a debit card, set travel notifications, lock or unlock your debit card, and manage your PIN
