What if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, call us immediately on the Chase customer support number available in your wallet or on one of these numbers.

We accept operator relay calls. If you're deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, call 711 for assistance.
