Whether you want to spend your Greek vacation partying until the sun comes up or simply lounging by the pool, these 12 hotels cover the gamut when it comes to the best Cyclades stays. Just keep in mind that most properties are open only from late April to late October, leaving a brief six-month time frame for you to live out your Greek island-hopping dreams.

Katikies Santorini
Santorini
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
Treat yourself to breathtaking views of Santorini’s famed sunsets at this honeymoon favorite, perched on a clifftop in Oia. It gets notoriously crowded in town come golden hour, but guests here enjoy plenty of elbow room at the infinity-edge pool and Greek-Italian restaurant. After the sun goes down, head to the hotel’s Katikies Lower Deck Lounge and toast to another day in paradise. Then, return to your pared-down room, where pops of iconic Greek blue stand out against white stone walls.

Canaves Ena
Santorini
Built into mountainside caves used for storing wine as far back as the 17th century, Canaves Ena is a romantic retreat with 18 showstopping suites, many with private plunge pools right off the rooms. Also outside? Some of Santorini’s best sunset views, since Canaves sits at the highest point in Oia. Adding to the honeymoon vibes are plenty of couple-friendly activities including private dinners, helicopter tours, olive oil tastings and cooking classes.

Cali Mykonos
Mykonos
In Kalafati, a low-key beach town in Mykonos, Cali draws its guests away from crowds and parties and into relaxation mode. The suites and villas have moody lighting, large marble bathrooms and decor sourced from across Greece. But the hotel’s standout feature is the winding infinity pool, which wraps around the edge of the cliffside property and is lined with bright, aqua-blue beach chairs decked out with designs by fashion brand Missoni. There’s plenty to do on property, from red-light therapy treatments at the spa to reformer Pilates, functional training and beach yoga classes. And when you’re ready to dip back into the mix of Mykonos, Cali offers complimentary transfers to and from the island’s Old Town.

Kalesma Mykonos
Mykonos
Kalesma, which sits on a quiet hilltop, is the ideal place to escape the buzzing Mykonos party scene. The property has just 27 suites and villas, with exposed-beam ceilings and wooden mirrors, plus two restaurants, Pere Ubu Mykonos and Kuveda, for dishes like fire-grilled calamari, braised ox cheek, fried zucchini and other Greek classics. If you do decide to indulge (read: stay out late and party), you’ll also find solace the next day in the hotel’s diverse wellness offerings, ranging from an on-site hammam, sauna and cold plunge pool to Tibetan bowl sound baths and meditation sessions by the Aegean Sea.

Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, Paros
Paros
Member of The Edit by Chase Travel
You’ll find Cosme on the northern coast of Paros in Naousa, a charming fishing village with a flourishing nightlife scene. The all-suite property feels more like a classic Cycladic village than a hotel, with its stark white buildings, arched doorways and cobblestone pathways, while rooms are breezy, with neutral hues and comfy accent chairs and pillows. When you’re not sunning on your balcony or terrace (every suite has one), you can hang out at Cosme’s private beach club, dine across the property’s three restaurants or spend an evening taking in views of the Milky Way from the outdoor stargazing platform.

Vione Paros
Paros
Vione has the largest spa in Paros, meaning in addition to unusual treatments like ginger body scrubs and massages with heated pouches and jade pebbles, guests also enjoy two indoor pools, a Turkish steam bath, a sauna and a hot tub. The relaxation continues in your room; every one of the hotel’s 40 suites has sea views, and more than half have private pools. For meals, Vione focuses on local produce and fresh Aegean seafood, serving dishes like sea urchin salads and a rotating grilled catch of the day.

Artemis Seaside Resort
Milos
Catch laid-back vibes at this dreamy hotel in the south of Milos, where you’ll find a white-sand beach outfitted with sunbeds, cabanas, a breezy bar and an open-air Mediterranean restaurant. Indoors, 59 rooms range from intimate doubles to spacious family apartments with furnished balconies and hot tubs. If you can bear to leave the property, know that Artemis Seaside Resort also offers a variety of excursions to further explore Milos’ extraordinary volcanic terrain.

Calilo
Ios
Recover from late nights spent partying in Chora at Calilo, located on a stretch of beach just far enough from the lively city center. The hotel features a brand-new wellness and fitness center with a floating hammock bed and designated rejuvenation area facing the ocean. Take a guided sunrise yoga session on the beach or book a massage next to the pool, and you’ll feel more than ready for another night on the town.

NÓS Hotel & Villas
Sifnos
Get a taste for Sifnos’ singular cuisine at NÓS Hotel & Villas, where the unpretentious Greek restaurant serves staples like chickpea stew, Manouri cheese and more. Round out your meal with favorites like sea bass ceviche, spanakopita and slow-cooked lamb shoulder, plus a glass or two of local wine. When you need a break from all the food, there’s a pool and three different room types, all with plunge pools, sun beds and outdoor lounge chairs that create a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.

Laguna Coast Resort
Naxos
Part hotel, part ambitious regeneration project, Laguna Coast Resort is trying to increase the biodiversity and health of more than 480 acres of wetlands on Naxos’ western coast. Surrounding the property is a lush landscape, complete with a cedar forest, a natural reef and a lagoon that even attracts flamingos. The hotel’s commitment to sustainability is evident in many of its initiatives, from its farm-to-table restaurant that uses local produce to its complimentary e-bike program. Inside, rooms are decorated with a modern, moody design that’s complemented by a neutral color palette, and each room has a private pool or hot tub.

Gundari Resort
Folegandros
You won’t find swarms of tourists or influencers at this 80-acre compound on the rugged southern coast of low-key Folegandros. Each of Gundari’s 27 suites and villas feels intentionally designed to induce calmness, with marble flooring, stone sinks and walls with timber details. Even the entry-level room, the Standard Suite, is a standout, thanks to sea views, a private infinity pool and a shaded deck complete with a dining table. The hotel’s restaurant, Orizon, highlights seasonal produce by taking many ingredients from its own garden (try the Cycladic salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, roasted peppers and olives), while the cliffside spa offers everything from Himalayan salt stone rituals to massages paired with breath-work sessions and dry brushing.

Odera, Tinos, Autograph Collection
Tinos
Odera was the first luxury boutique hotel on Tinos when it opened in 2024. The property sits directly above Vourni Beach, a secluded cove that’s a favorite of in-the-know travelers. As such, each of the rooms and suites flexes stunning Aegean Sea views, along with a beachy palette of blues, greens and tans. Across the property, you’ll find an outdoor pool, two restaurants (including a beach bar) and O Wellness Center, which has everything you’ll need to unwind: a hammam, a meditative dry flotation bed, an indoor swimming pool and treatments such as a sleep-enhancing massage and an olive-seed scrub.
