Understanding suspended accounts

Whether it's to protect you from fraud or due to a material change in your financial circumstances, a suspended account can be frustrating. Because every circumstance is different we are here to help you understand your options. The basics

  • You will not be able to draw additional funds from your home equity line of credit if it's suspended.
  • Your other accounts with us will not be affected.        
  • You will continue to receive monthly statement and your payment due date will remain the same.
  • If you are enrolled for automatic payments, they will continue as scheduled.
