Understanding suspended HELOC accounts

Whether it's to protect you from fraud or due to a material change in your financial circumstances, a suspended home equity line of credit account can be frustrating. Because every circumstance is different we are here to help you understand your options. To discuss the details pertaining to your account, contact us at 1-800-836-5656. The basics of HELOC suspension

  • You will not be able to draw additional funds from your home equity line of credit if it's suspended.
  • Your other accounts with us will not be affected.
  • You will continue to receive monthly statements and your home equity payment due date will remain the same.
  • If you are enrolled for automatic payments, they will continue as scheduled.
