Whether it's to protect you from fraud or due to a material change in your financial circumstances, a suspended home equity line of credit account can be frustrating. The basics of HELOC suspension

  • You won't be able to draw additional funds from your home equity line of credit if it's suspended.
  • Your other accounts with us won't be affected.
  • You'll continue to receive monthly statements and your home equity payment due date will remain the same.
  • If you're enrolled for automatic payments, they'll continue as scheduled.
