      Chase Ink credit cards

The suite of Chase Ink cards is designed for business owners looking to earn rewards or cash back while separating their business from personal expenses.

Chase Ink card options offer the following:

      • The Ink Business Unlimited® credit card offers 1.5% cash back on all purchases. This card also provides an introductory rate for new cardmembers, and cardmembers can get complimentary employee cards.
      • The Ink Business Preferred® credit card earns 3x points on shipping purchases and other select business categories. It has an annual fee and offers various travel-related benefits.
      • The Ink Business Cash® credit card earns 5% cash back on select business categories, 2% cash back at gas stations and restaurants and 1% cash back on most other purchases. This card has a low introductory rate for new cardmembers and employee cards are also available.
      • The Ink Business Premier® credit card is a pay-in-full card that earns 2.5% cash back on purchases of $5,000 or more and 2% on all other business purchases. It has an annual fee, provides travel benefits and offers complimentary employee cards.

Many Ink cards have new cardmember welcome offers and earn Chase Ultimate Rewards® which can be redeemed for cash back, gift cards, travel and more. Employee cards typically earn rewards at the same rate as the primary cardmember.

      Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business℠

The Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business credit card has the highest annual fee of the Chase Business credit cards, but it also provides the most perks and benefits, including (but not limited to):

      • Airport lounge access
      • Several annual statement credits for business services and travel (totaling more than $2,500 in annual value)
      • A 24/7 concierge service through Visa Infinite Concierge
      • Access to bookings through The Edit by Chase Travel℠
      • Reimbursement for the application fees associated with TSA PreCheck®, Global Entry and NEXUS

Additionally, the card earns points on most purchases with the ability to earn rewards at an accelerated rate on travel and social media and search engine advertising.

The Sapphire Reserve for Business card is a pay-in-full card that provides a new cardmember welcome bonus offer and employee credit cards. Employee cards earn the same rewards as the primary cardmember but may not have access to the same benefits and perks.

      Business travel credit cards

There are a few Chase travel business cards co-branded with partner airline and hotel brands. Note that all Chase’s co-branded business cards have an annual fee.

      They include:

      Airline business credit cards

Chase has partnered with select airlines to offer four different co-branded airline business credit cards. Each of these co-branded cards provides a new cardmember welcome bonus offer and the ability to earn rewards at an accelerated rate for purchases with the associated partner brand. Additionally, they have low foreign transaction fees and may provide a complimentary first checked bag on certain flights.

Additional benefits vary by card, but may include:

      • Priority boarding
      • Preferred seating
      • Discounts on in-flight drinks, food and entertainment
      • Travel benefits
      • A Global Entry, TSA PreCheck® or NEXUS statement credit every four years as reimbursement for the application fee charged to your card

Read the cards’ Guide to Benefits for details about the card’s benefits and features.

      Hotel business credit cards

Chase also offers business credit cards with select hotel brands. Like airline cards, hotel co-branded cards offer discounts and reward-earning potential for spending and purchases with the partner brand.

Rewards earned with the card can be redeemed for complimentary stays at hotel properties among other rewards. They also provide elite status that may include complimentary room upgrades and late checkout (subject to availability), among other partner-specific benefits.

Chase’s hotel business credit cards have annual fees, offer purchase and travel protections and provide a new cardmember welcome bonus offer.

Full details of the cards’ features and benefits can be found in the cards’ terms and conditions or Guide to Benefits.

How to apply for a business credit card

Business credit cards may have different eligibility requirements than consumer cards. Before you apply for a business credit card, you may want to assess your eligibility.

Typical criteria include factors like the legal structure of your business, its revenue and credit history. In some cases, you may need a tax ID, or an Employer Identification Number (EIN), to apply for a business credit card.

Once you've reviewed your eligibility and chosen a business credit card that suits your needs, you can start the application process. After you submit your application, the credit card issuer will review your application and credit history. If approved, you'll receive your new business credit card in the mail. If your application is denied, the issuer will send you a letter explaining the reason for the denial.

      In summary

Chase offers many different credit cards for business owners. The Chase Ink line of business credit cards provides the potential to earn rewards on everyday business purchases, with some categories that earn at an accelerated rate (depending on the card).
