IMPORTANT TERMS AND DISCLOSURES (“Terms”): ELECTRONIC SMS TEXT MESSAGING (“Service”)

 

This J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (“JPMS”) electronic communication channel is a confidential SMS Text Message exchange between you (the intended “Recipient”) and your J.P. Morgan Advisor (“Sender”).  All messages (including any accompanying attachments) are for informational and administrative purposes only, and not intended as an offer, promotion, or solicitation of any product, service or strategy. By communicating with the Sender, Recipients will continue to acknowledge these Terms, and acknowledge that standard text messaging rates may apply.

 

Monetary transactions, fund transfer requests or trade instructions will not be accepted through the Service. These messages are not an official confirmation of any transaction/order/fund transfer, or a valuation of any financial/investment product or vehicle.

 

Opting-Out

 

If at any time you wish to stop the Service and no longer receive text messages, you must text “Stop” to the Sender.

Information you submit or exchange by text message is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.chase.com/digital/resources/privacy-security.

 

 

Confidentiality and Your Responsibilities

 

All messages are specific to the Recipient, and are provided on a confidential basis. Messages may not be reproduced, redistributed or disseminated, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of JPMS, except by the intended Recipient. If you are not the intended Recipient, you are not authorized to use the information in any message in any way. Please delete the message and notify the Sender immediately. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

Electronic communications are not a reliable means of communicating with JPMS. As such, JPMS does not accept any responsibility for the contents of any electronic communication or for any delays, inaccuracies or omissions in the receipt of your message or other information to JPMS and disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law for any loss or damage arising from any reliance on or use of this message in any way.
