Chase Agent Express connects Chase customers with experienced, local real estate agents. Customers who use a Chase Agent Express Real Estate Agent to sell and/or buy a home are eligible for up to a $10,000 post-closing reward, paid by HomeStory, based on the sale price.

 

HomeStory, a real estate brokerage, manages the national network of Chase Agent Express Real Estate Agents.

To receive the HomeStory reward, customers must:

  1. Enroll in Chase Agent Express
  2. Connect with a Chase Agent Express Real Estate Agent
  3. Use their selected Chase Agent Express Real Estate Agent to close on a home purchase and/or sale in a reward-eligible state
  4. Choose the payment method for the reward (as permitted by state law)

HomeStory rewards are paid within 45 days of closing. The reward cannot be used to discount any part of the mortgage transaction, including, but not limited to: down payment, closing costs, rate discounts, or escrow payments.

No. A home loan with Chase is NOT required to qualify for the reward.

 

Chase Agent Express and the HomeStory reward are available to all eligible customers regardless of the lender chosen to finance their home purchase.

Chase Agent Express Real Estate Agents are verified by HomeStory to ensure they meet program eligibility standards.

To be eligible for the program, real estate agents must:

  1. Be licensed for a minimum of two or more years and meet current state licensing requirements
  2. Meet production requirements by completing 10 or more home sale transactions per year
  3. Be vetted and verified to ensure a high-quality end-to-end experience
  4. Agree to HomeStory’s terms of the customer rewards program where permitted by state law

Prior to entering into a contract to list or buy a specific home, you can change real estate agents at any time by contacting HomeStory’s dedicated Rewards team toll-free at 1-844-669-4869.

Once enrolled, customers may opt out of the Chase Agent Express program at any time by contacting the HomeStory Rewards team.

Any contractual obligation established outside of the program and directly between a customer and a real estate agent is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers who opt out of the Chase Agent Express program prior to closing on their home purchase or sale are no longer eligible for the program reward.
