    Guests can enjoy complimentary quick bites, local beverages, games and a variety of seating options. Feel free to grab a local brew from the bar, watch the flights take off or even play shuffleboard while you wait for your departure.

    Where is the Chase Sapphire Terrace in Austin?

    The Chase Sapphire Terrace is on the mezzanine level of the Barbara Jordan Terminal at the Austin airport. Look for the entrance up the stairs or elevator at the end of the passenger terminal near Gate 1.

    The Sapphire Terrace is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (hours subject to change).

    Want to recharge before your flight at Chase Sapphire's Austin Terrace? Here's how to access it:

    • You must be a Sapphire Reserve cardmember and you must have a departing ticket from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
    • When you arrive, show your Sapphire Reserve credit card, government-issued ID and eligible boarding pass.
    • You may bring up to two guests (access and amenities are complimentary for cardmembers and their guests).
    • You can enter the Sapphire Terrace within three hours of your departing flight.

    While you need a Sapphire Reserve card to enter, you don't need to book your trip with it. All you need to do is bring your card with you to show when you enter.
