These text messages are intended to provide you with information about our products and services. These terms do not apply to routine servicing messages you might receive about your account.
We provide a one-time home lending text message per request.
How to get help
To get help, simply respond HELP to the text message you received for that program.
How to opt-out of home lending marketing text messaging
To stop receiving marketing text messages from Chase for a specific home lending program, simply respond STOP to the text message you received for that program. We will send a text message confirming your opt-out has been completed. Please note that this will only remove you from receiving text messages for that program.
How to opt-in to home lending text messaging
To opt-in to receive a one-time text message from Chase for a home lending text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions you received in that text.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with home lending text messages from Chase as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plan information. Chase does not impose a separate fee for sending home lending text messages.
