SCRA

You may be eligible for SCRA benefits or protections if you’re an active-duty servicemember, or a member of the National Guard or reserve and called to active duty. These benefits and protections may include:

  • Reduction of Interest Rate
  • Protection from Foreclosure
  • Protection from Repossession
  • Early termination of Auto Lease

Call Chase Military Services toll free at 1-877-469-0110 about these and other servicing benefits available to you. Our specialists are available Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM ET and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM ET. If calling internationally, you can call collect at 1-318-340-3308. We accept operator relay calls. If you’re deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, call 711 for assistance.

How to submit SCRA materials

You can submit supporting documents in your secure messages. Go to www.chase.com/securemessages and choose "New message." Then choose "Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)" from the dropdown menu. From there, you'll be able to send messages and upload documents.

If your request is to terminate a leased vehicle prior to the term end date, the documentation must state that you are requesting an early lease termination. Please also provide the following information in the message box:

  • Full name
  • Date of the request
  • Chase account number
  • Date for lease termination
