Chase DreaMaker℠ mortgage: 3% down payment
Our DreaMaker mortgage has a low down payment option, flexible credit guidelines and income limits.
Federal Housing Administration (FHA),: 3.5% down payment
An FHA loan has low down payment options, and with no income limits and flexible credit guidelines, it may be easier to qualify.
Standard Agency mortgage: 3% down payment
A Standard Agency loan is a good option for people with higher credit scores and who may not need a low down payment.
Veterans Affairs (VA) loan: Down payment as low as 0%
A VA loan offers low or no down payment options and has no monthly mortgage insurance requirement.

Yes, we offer DreaMaker, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) loans that offer low down payment options with flexible credit score requirements. In addition, you may qualify for a Chase Homebuyer Grant $2,500 or $5,000 that can be used to lower your closing costs and/or down payment (dependent on product requirements). We offer qualified customers grants $2,500 or $5,000 available on DreaMaker, Standard Agency, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) products when purchasing a primary residence where the property is located in an eligible census tract. The grant can be used toward discount points, closing costs, and/or down payment (dependent on product requirements).
There's no set amount. Today, there are many loan products that can be tailored to fit your needs and financial resources. Keep in mind that for down payments of less than 20% on conventional loans, private mortgage insurance (PMI) will be required.

Homebuyer education is required for the DreaMaker loan if all occupying borrowers on the application are first-time homebuyers. At least one of the occupying borrowers must complete the education before closing.
