Welcome to the 2017 Tax Center

Chase provides you with tax forms, statements and important information to help you prepare for tax season. The information below lets you know when you can expect to receive required tax forms for your investment, deposit and mortgage accounts, as well as other important information you may need to prepare your 2017 tax returns.

When to expect your tax forms
Form(s) Description Expected Mailing Date Range
All Brokerage and Managed Accounts 1099-Q, 1099-R Form 1099-Q reports distributions from QEPs. Form 1099-R reports distributions from IRA, SEP–IRA, SIMPLE IRA, Roth IRA and QRP accounts. January 24 – 31, 2018
Brokerage and Managed Accounts (CSP, MFAP, PMP, JPMCAP) Consolidated 1099 tax forms and supplemental information May include IRS Forms 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, 1099-B and 1099-OID, depending on your situation. February 12 – 15, 2018
1042-S This form reports certain income paid from U.S. sources to a nonresident alien (except gross proceeds from sales). March 15, 2018
5498-ESA This form reports your Coverdell ESA contributions. April 23 – 25, 2018
5498 This form reports your IRA, SEP–IRA, ROTH IRA, and SIMPLE IRA contributions. May 24 – 28, 2018
Managed Accounts (JPMIP, TAP, OAP, and DFI) Consolidated 1099 tax forms and supplemental information. May include IRS Forms 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, 1099-B and 1099-OID, depending on your situation. February 15 – 23, 2018
5498 This form reports your IRA, SEP–IRA, ROTH IRA, and SIMPLE IRA contributions. Accounts will mail with Form 1099-R. January 25 – 31, 2018
