Zero Liability Protection

Zero Liability Protection means you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized charges made with your card or account information.

Charge Disputes

If you were charged in error, we will freeze that charge while we investigate your dispute.

Fraud Alerts

We monitor for fraud 24/7 and can text, email or call you if there are unusual purchases on your credit card.

Emergency Card Replacement

If your Presidential Plus Card is lost or stolen, just call 1-888-795-0576 and it will be replaced within 24 hours inside the U.S. and Canada, and within one business day outside the U.S. and Canada.

Emergency Cash Services

In the event of an emergency, you’ll be provided with up to $1,000 in emergency cash within 24 hours anytime when you are traveling inside the U.S. and Canada, and within one business day outside the U.S. and Canada.
