Your Chase home lending team is here to help you..

The mortgage application package has important information about your mortgage application, including information about your loan terms (for example, loan amount and interest rate), projected payments and estimated closing costs, and some important legal notices.

Giving us your intent to proceed means you'd like to continue with your application with us. Once you've reviewed your loan estimate—which tells you the good faith estimate of the fees and charges associated with your loan—you can give us your "intent to proceed". If you're a Home Buyers Advantage customer, you won't receive a loan estimate until after you provide us your property address. Then, your Chase home lending team will ask you to provide “good faith funds,” which we’ll credit to your closing costs at closing.

Once you provide your intent to proceed with your loan application, your Chase home lending team will collect good faith funds from you. These will be applied toward your closing costs, including the appraisal and/or any loan processing fees. Your good faith funds allow us to order a home appraisal, lock in your interest rate and process your loan. We’ll charge your good faith funds to your credit card as we can’t accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment methods. (Your good faith funds might not be refundable; check your application disclosure or ask your Home Lending Advisor or Chase home lending team for details).

You can upload your documents in our Apply center. We accept JPEGs, PDFs and PNGs (up to 5MB in size). Keep in mind: we can't review documents that are password protected.

When you upload your documents, we automatically send them to your Chase home lending team to review and get back to you with question.

If you have questions, your Home Lending Advisor will be there to confirm the specific info and documents we need from you.
