Frequently asked questions about paperless statements

Answers to common questions

Can I look up paperless statements from previous months? How far back can I access previous statements?

Yes, you can securely access up to 7 years of statements depending on the account type. To see, save or print a statement, choose the “Statements” button within the account summary. Then choose the See/Save icon next to the year and month of the statement and choose the dropdown option for what you want to do.

Will the paperless statements include information for all of my Chase accounts?

No, it'll only include the information for the account listed on the statement.

How do I go back to receiving mailed statements?

You can update your preferences at any time by going back into your paperless settings in your Chase Mobile® app or when you've signed into chase.com. Just choose the “Paperless” button within an account summary or “Account management” under the “Profile and settings” icon in the top right corner of your browser.
