Void a transaction

1. From the Main Menu, select “Void”.
2. Login with the Username and Password then press “Confirm”.
3. Terminal will prompt “Void the last transaction”, press “Yes” to continue.
4. Review the transaction to be voided, press “Yes” to continue.
5. Terminal will authorize transaction then display approval screen. On the approval screen, terminal will display the approval code and the option to print the receipt or view the receipt. Press “Print receipt” to print a copy.
6. Terminal will prompt “Tear receipt and continue”, press “Ok” to print customer copy.
