Faster payment options like Real-Time Payments are also available with this service at additional costs. Enrollment in ACH Payment Services is required to use real-time and Same-day ACH payments, fees will apply.

Same-day ACH payments: Your payment generally arrives by end of day, when authorized before the 2:00 PM ET cut-off. Most payments scheduled after the 2:00 PM Cut-off time will arrive the next business day by 1:00 PM ET. We review all payments before we process them, and we may require additional information which could cause some delay. If you use Chase dual control, we will begin to process your payment, once an authorized user approves it.

 

Enrollment in ACH Payment Services is required. There is a fee of 1% of the payment amount, up to $25 per transaction for a Same-day ACH payment.

 

Same-day ACH payment delivery is available during business days only. Final availability of the funds is subject to the recipient’s financial institution.

Enrollment in ACH Payment Services is required to activate real-time payments, fees will apply. There is an additional fee of 1% of the payment amount, up to $25 per transaction for a real-time payment.

 

Real-time payments are unavailable from 2-6 AM ET on business days and cannot be cancelled or reversed, once processing begins. Not all payees’ banks support real-time payments.

 

Standard ACH and real-time payment transactions each count toward your total daily limits. Real-time payments use The Clearing House network to process payments and are not subject to Nacha rules and are not ACH transactions.

Zelle®: Enrollment in Zelle® is required. To send money to or receive money from a small business, both the sender and recipient must be enrolled with Zelle directly through their financial institution. Both parties need a U.S. checking account enrolled with Zelle; only one needs an eligible Chase account. Small businesses are not able to enroll in the Zelle app with a debit card and cannot receive payments from consumers enrolled in the Zelle app. Funds are typically made available in minutes when the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle. Select transactions could take up to 3 business days. Enroll on the Chase Mobile® app or Chase Online℠. Limitations may apply. Message and data rates may apply.

Fraud Protection Services is available to eligible business checking accounts and consists of the Positive Pay Service (“Positive Pay Service” or “Check Protection Services”), the Reverse Positive Pay Service (“Reverse Positive Pay” or “Check Monitoring”), and the ACH Debit Block Service. You may not enroll an account in both Check Protection Services and the Check Monitoring or Reverse Positive Pay at the same time.

 

Check Monitoring (“Reverse Positive Pay Service” or “Reverse Positive Pay”) is complimentary for all Chase business checking customers. Any checks not reviewed by 4 PM local time will be paid.

 

Account Alerts: There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply. Such charges include those from your communications service provider.
