Update on PPP Loan Forgiveness
Last Updated: July 31, 2025 9 AM ET

We are accepting Forgiveness requests for 2021 PPP Loans
According to the Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines, you have up to 5 years from the issuance date of your SBA loan number to request Forgiveness.
To get started, explore the helpful resources available on this page.
Make sure the amount of your request is accurate, as forgiveness can only be requested once for each PPP loan.
PPP loan borrowers can now apply for forgiveness using the SBA Direct Forgiveness Platform (DBF). However, Chase as the PPP lender, would be notified of the request and must manually retrieve it to begin the review process. For the best experience, we encourage customers to submit forgiveness requests directly through Chase to avoid this extra step, which could slow things down.
Contact our Chase Business Direct Center at 1-866-914-8679, option 1 to submit your PPP Forgiveness request. We are no longer accepting online requests.
For complete program details, visit SBA.gov/ppp and Treasury.gov.
