Chase Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers have access to the Sapphire Lounges, plus access to over 1,300 Priority Pass airport lounges with their complimentary Priority Pass™ Select membership. Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business Employee Cardmembers do not have complimentary airport lounge access.

Chase Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve Card and The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card cardmembers may enter with up to two guests for no charge; any additional guests will cost $27. Eligible cardmembers may enter up to three hours before a departing flight with their activated Priority Pass™ Select membership that comes with their Reserve card and their eligible departing boarding pass. All other Priority Pass customers may visit a Sapphire Lounge by The Club once per calendar year; guests and subsequent visits cost $75.

Chase Sapphire Reserve primary cardmembers and authorized users have access to the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge Network which includes all Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club locations, over 1,300 Priority Pass airport lounges and select Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges and Air Canada Cafés.

J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers have access to all Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club locations and over 1,300 Priority Pass airport lounges.

If you don’t have one of these Chase-issued credit cards but you have a Priority PassOpens overlay membership, you receive one complimentary visit to a Sapphire Lounge by The Club per calendar year. (At the Sapphire Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport, Priority Pass members have unlimited access.) To enter a Sapphire Lounge, show your Priority Pass membership card and valid boarding pass within three hours of your departing flight.

Eligible cardmembers can access the Sapphire Lounge by showing the physical or Digital Membership Card that comes with their complimentary Priority Pass Select membership with their Chase card and a valid boarding pass within three hours of your departing flight.

As of October 25, 2025, all eligible Chase cardmembers - Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve, The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users, and Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers - are automatically enrolled in their complimentary Priority Pass membership.

Your Priority Pass Digital Membership Card can be found in the Chase Mobile^® app in More > Airport lounges. You can save your membership card to your mobile wallet for easier access.

The Sapphire Lounge at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Terminal 4 may require a reservation to be made prior to your visit in the Chase Mobile^® app (More > Airport lounges and navigate to the PHX Sapphire Lounge). There is no charge for making a reservation and bookings are only available for eligible Chase cardmembers – Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers through the Chase Mobile^® app. Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers may book on behalf of eligible authorized users in the Chase Mobile^® app. Sapphire Reserve for Business reservations are available for primary cardmembers only.

Eligible Chase cardmembers must book their reservation between 14 days and 24 hours prior to your visit. Your booking time can be within three hours of your scheduled flight departure time in line with current lounge access policy. Bookings more than three hours of scheduled flight departure will not be honored. One reservation is allowed per day per cardmember.

Cardmembers must include themselves and all guests in their reservation and can book up to two free guests and additional guests for the regular lounge fee of $27. Children under two are not included in your party size.

Once you book, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

When you arrive at the lounge, check in with the host and show your eligible departing boarding pass, Priority Pass™ Select membership, eligible Chase credit card and reservation confirmation. If you are running late, your reservation will be held for 20 minutes after your scheduled reservation, after which time the lounge reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Limited seating may be available for walk-ins.
