Reservations
Sapphire Reserve cardmembers departing from Phoenix can reserve their visit to the Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Terminal 4 between 14 days and 24 hours prior to arriving at the lounge. Due to space limitations, reservations may be required and are complimentary for eligible Chase cardmembers and can be booked on the Chase Mobile® app* by tapping More > Airport lounges and navigating to the Sapphire Lounge at PHX.
Chase Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers may book reservations for themselves and on behalf of eligible authorized users in the Chase Mobile app*. Sapphire Reserve for Business reservations are available for primary cardmembers only.
Once you book, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. One reservation is allowed per day per cardmember. Your booking time can be within three hours of your scheduled flight departure; bookings more than three hours of scheduled flight departure will not be honored. Cardmembers must include themselves and all guests in their reservation and can book for up to two free guests, and additional guests for the regular fee of $27. Children under two are not included in your party size. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
When you arrive at the lounge, check in with the host and show your eligible departing boarding pass, activated Priority Pass™ Select membership, eligible Chase credit card and reservation confirmation. If you are running late, there will be a grace period of 20 minutes from your reservation time. Limited seating may be available for walk-ins. Reservations are encouraged and may be required. Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone reservations or deny entry due to capacity restrictions.
