You're missing rewards and benefits you've earned
Your Chase credit card is not currently linked to a United Mileage Plus® account, which means you're missing out on benefits. To make sure you receive these valuable benefits, these two accounts must be linked.
Account linking
To link your accounts successfully, the primary cardmember's first name, last name and email must match on both accounts. Additionally, if your United MileagePlus® account uses someone else's name or email, they can't be linked.
- To have your accounts linked, you need to do one of these first:
- Verify/update your information.
- Sign in to your United MileagePlus® account to confirm your name matches your Chase account.
- Need help finding your United MileagePlus number? Visit united.comOpens overlay
- If you need to update your name with United, go to or search "change my name" on united.com/en/us/account/join-now/about-meOpens overlay
- To update your name with Chase, call the number on the back of your card.
