You're missing rewards and benefits you've earned
Your Chase credit card is not currently linked to a Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty account, which means you're missing out on benefits like points and Free Night Awards. To make sure you receive these valuable benefits, these two accounts must be linked.
Account linking
To link your accounts successfully, the primary cardmember's first name, last name and email must match on both accounts. Additionally, if your Marriott Bonvoy loyalty account uses someone else's name or email, they can't be linked.
- To have your accounts linked, you need to do one of these first:
- Verify/update your information.
- Sign in to your Marriott Bonvoy loyalty account to confirm your name matches your Chase account.
