You're missing rewards and benefits you've earned

Your Chase credit card is not currently linked to an IHG One Rewards® loyalty account which means you're missing out on benefits. To make sure you receive these valuable benefits, these two accounts must be linked.

To link your account, you must have an IHG One Rewards® account and the primary cardmember's first name, last name, and email must match your Chase account.

  1. To have your accounts linked, you need to do one of these first:
    • Verify/update your information.
      • Sign In to your IHG One Rewards account to confirm your name matches your Chase account.
      • If you need to update your name with IHG, please call IHG at 1-800-421-5162 
      • To update your name with Chase, call the number on the back of your card.

  2. Once you've completed one of those:
    • Call Chase at the number on the back of your credit card and a customer service representative will update the IHG One Rewards number connected to your Chase credit card.
