Those rewards can be redeemed in a variety of ways, including travel, gift cards and cash back through Ultimate Rewards. The amount of rewards your company aggregates depends on which card you use and the category of the purchase, with many bonus categories earning 2X to 5X points per dollar on many purchases. Rewards can also be transferred to participating airline and hotel partners once enough points have been accrued.
