Who is TTC For?

TTC is not available to all customers. It is offered in the following situations:

  • Transition from legacy devices:
If your legacy payment device is being retired, TTC can be set up for you for up to 2 weeks while you decide which new terminal to purchase or wait for your new terminal to arrive.
  • Replacement needs:
If you require a replacement terminal and have no other way to process payments, TTC can be activated temporarily to ensure your business can continue accepting card payments.

Note:

TTC is a short-term solution. Our solution center leads track all activations and will disable TTC access after 2 weeks to ensure a smooth transition to your new payment terminal.
