Offering a simplified buying and/or selling process

Customers have the option to select from an experienced network of local agents or have HomeStory match them with one. Once a customer is connected with a Chase Agent Express agent, their Chase Home Lending Advisor will be be notified automatically. Their Home Lending Advisor will provide important transparency to the customers agent into the progress of the customers application throughout their homebuying journey.
