Homebuying options from affordable to jumbo loans
Chase DreaMaker℠ mortgage
3% down payment: Our DreaMaker mortgage has a 3% low down-payment option, flexible credit guidelines and income limits.
Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans,
3.5% down payment: For customers needing other low down-payment options, these loans feature no income limits, flexible credit guidelines and possibly easier qualification requirements than conventional loans.
Standard Agency mortgages
3% down payment: These loans are good options for people with higher credit scores and who may not need a low down payment.
Veterans Affairs (VA) loans
Down payment as low as 0%: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans offer flexible credit guidelines, low or no down-payment options and no monthly mortgage insurance requirement.
Jumbo mortgages
