The strength of community

"The real estate agent community in the U.S. is one of the strongest because we’re loyal to each other. Also, in a market where inventory is so low, you want a bank and team of home lending advisors ready to work with you to get your clients closed on time, too."

Helping real estate agents help their clients

Chase homebuyer-focused programs and experience are designed to help you give your clients more confidence in their home purchase experience.

Chase Homebuyer Grant℠

In select areas across the country, our Chase Homebuyer Grant provides qualified customers $2,500 or $5,000 that’s first applied to help lower interest rates for the homebuyer. Then it can be applied to Chase fees, other fees or the down payment.

Chase Homebuyer Advantage with Lock and Shop

Chase Homebuyer Advantage℠ with Lock and Shop makes it easier for your clients to get their next home, featuring a 90-day rate lock with no upfront fees, plus a one-time float-down option — all with a conditional letter of approval to show sellers they’re a serious buyer.

$5,000 Chase Closing Guarantee

Ensuring your clients have a quick and easy process is our goal. We promise an on-time closing for eligible products in as soon as three weeks or they'll get $5,000, if they qualify.

Work with a Chase Home Lending Advisor

Helping clients understand their options is just part of the picture. We can make it easier to help clients find their dream homes by offering cobranded materials to help you do business.

Chase Agent Express

If you're trying to build your client base, consider joining our Chase Agent Express program. When you're part of Chase Agent Express, homebuyers can find you as a participating agent. And when they buy or sell a home, they'll get rewarded with up to $5,000 from HomeStory, based on purchase price, if eligible.
