Grant access to authorized users to view or transact on accounts while maintaining the control you need. Authorized users can pay bills, monitor transactions and carry out cash management tasks with controls in place to limit access and transaction capabilities.
Manage up to 20 accounts (or more for an additional fee) and add up to 99 users to view or transact on each account. Users can download seven years of account statements and view up to 24 months of transactions and loan balance history.

Chase Dual ControlSM requires a second layer of approval for all transactions, allowing you to set internal controls to help identify fraudulent activity and check errors before they occur. When an authorized user schedules any type of transaction, a second user will need to approve it—helping to ensure a single person cannot process an unauthorized transaction.
- Recognize suspicious activity earlier
Minimize your exposure to fraud by monitoring checks using check identifiers, payee name verification or threshold payment amounts. With Positive Pay, any check that doesn't match the check issue information is presented as an exception for review. With Reverse Positive Pay, checks that exceed a threshold payment amount are flagged for review.
