Opportunity
E-commerce company LensDirect’s growth vision included bold goals for customer acquisition and increased order values. Chase Media Solutions’ digital media platform would allow the retailer to run a campaign targeting over 116 million new-to-the-brandnew-customers customer accounts across the country, driving direct sales at higher price points with a fresh audience.
Solution
To help LensDirect grab the attention of as many new customers as possible, Chase Media Solutions designed a maximum-reach acquisition campaign targeting every eligible Chase customer without purchase history with the brand in the last year. The campaign would engage tens of millions of consumers through Chase Offers, the bank’s customer-facing cash back rewards program. These new customers would be offered the chance to earn $25 cash back when they met a $130 minimum purchase requirement, ensuring higher average order values that would help fuel additional incrementality.
Results
LensDirect’s 90-day acquisition campaign started on September 15, 2024, and led to $878K in total revenue, $509K of which was incremental. It also garnered 175MM impressions, 81MM unique impressions, a high average order value of $223 and a benchmark-beatinglensdirect-social-media ROAS of 10:1.
