Paperless Statements
How to go paperless
On your Chase Mobile® app:
- Sign in to the Chase Mobile® app.
- Under the main navigation menu, choose “Account management,” then choose “Paperless.”
- Your eligible accounts will be listed to start receiving paperless statement notifications. Accounts toggled on are set to paperless.
- After that, your statements will be paperless, and you can access them just by tapping on “See statements.” You can update your preferences anytime you're signed into the Chase Mobile app by going back to your paperless settings.
Note: It may take a month or so to stop receiving paper statements in the mail.
On your desktop or mobile browser:
- Sign in to chase.com
- Choose the “Paperless” button within an account summary or choose the “Profile and settings” icon in the top right corner of your browser, then choose “Account management,” then “Paperless.” You'll see a list of all your Chase accounts that are eligible for paperless statements. To the left of each eligible account, just choose the ones that you want to receive as paperless statements, then choose “I consent.”
- You'll see a confirmation of your updates. Your paperless statement preferences have been saved and your enrollment is complete.
- To see your statements, just sign in and choose the “Statements” button in the summary section for that account. You can access your statements anytime, from anywhere—just go to the “More options” menu, then choose “See statements.”
- You can update your preferences any time by signing into the Chase Mobile app and going back to paperless settings. Keep in mind: It may take a month or so to stop receiving paper statements in the mail.
