DashPass Anniversary Benefit: Each Anniversary Year in which you spend at least $10,000 in purchases on your DoorDash Rewards Mastercard (“Spend Requirement”), you and up to (1) of your authorized users will earn twelve (12) months of complimentary DashPass for use on both the DoorDash and Caviar applications. “Anniversary Year” means the year beginning with your credit card account open date through the anniversary of your credit card account open date, and each 12 months after that. Purchases made towards the end of an Anniversary Year may not be posted to your DoorDash Rewards Mastercard account until the next Anniversary Year and will therefore only be included in the calculation for the year in which they are posted. After the complimentary DashPass subscription period ends, if you have not met the Spend Requirement, you and your authorized user will continue to be enrolled in the DashPass Annual Plan and automatically will be charged the then-current annual DashPass rate for each subscription activated. If you are enrolled in the DashPass Annual Plan and if you qualify in a future Anniversary Year, you may need to activate your complimentary DashPass again before you can receive the complimentary DashPass benefit. Please note that your complimentary DashPass subscription periods are based on activation date and therefore may not coincide with your Anniversary Years. Account Alerts: Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons including technology failures and capacity limitations. There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply.

 

Provider Fees: Please contact your service merchant for details on any fees that may be associated with paying your bill using a credit card.

 

Adding An Authorized User: All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same account number and charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. Chase provides account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user’s credit score. When you tell us to add a user to your account, you’re confirming that you have a relationship with the person or people whose name(s), address(es), and date(s) of birth you’ve told us, that all their information is correct, and that you have their consent to add them. If Chase determines you’ve given us fraudulent name, address, or date of birth information or did not have such consent, Chase can close this account.
