Dealer steps to help customers with a Preapproval or Approval from Chase

Follow the steps below to find Chase customers in either RouteOne® or Dealertrack®.

RouteOne:

  1. Go to “New App” tab and choose “Pre Approvals”.
  2. Select “Chase” as the Lender.
  3. Enter customer’s Last 4 of SSN and Last Name. (Approval # can also be used)
  4. Click “Search” button.

Note :

 

If you search with Last Name and Last 4 SSN, RouteOne may prompt you to:

  • Choose the correct customer from the list. Click “Copy Application” and fill in the rest of the application data before submitting it to Chase.
  • Choose the correct customer from the list. Click “Go to Deal Summary,” and RouteOne will provide a fully approved credit application with credit decision details ready for “Deal Refresh” with Chase.

If you search with the Approval #, RouteOne may prompt you to:

  • Choose the correct customer from the list. Click “Go to Deal Summary,” and RouteOne will provide a fully approved credit application with credit decision details ready for “Deal Refresh” with Chase.

Dealertrack:

  1. Go to “Create” tab and choose “Import Deal”.
  2. Choose Lender Referral by tapping "Start".
  3. Choose “Chase” as the Lender.
  4. Enter customer’s Last 4 of SSN and Last Name. (Lender Referral Code can also be used)
  5. Click the “Search” button.

Note :

 

If you search with Last Name and Last 4 SSN, Dealertrack will provide an option to: 

  • Fill in the rest of the application data and submit it to Chase.
  • Submit a fully approved credit application with credit decision details ready for “Deal Update” with Chase.

If you search with a Lender Referral Code, Dealertrack may prompt you to:

  • Submit a fully approved credit application with credit decision details ready for “Deal Update” with Chase.
